Bluecoats are located next to the prestigious Christs Hospital School on the outskirts of Horsham.
Providing premium leisure facilities and boasting a large sports hall, 25 metre swimming pool with sauna and a fully equipped gym, they offer a well-rounded array of classes to their members.
Britweb have worked with Bluecoats since 2012 across the majority of our services.
The Challenge
In 2012 we undertook some social media training for Bluecoats with key staff and then in 2014, we were very pleased to be commissioned to work on a brand new website. The previous site was not adaptive to mobiles and didn’t have an engaging and easy flow for users.
Our Solution
We worked with Bluecoats to produce a fully responsive new website with timetables and information on the classes and facilities. We then provided SEO services, both onsite and offsite along with the creation of content and blogs, graphic designs for the quarterly timetables, and for all displays throughout the building, including the weights portion of the downstairs gym. Further to this, we have provided ongoing support and training for staff with social media and marketing.
How we Added Value
With Bluecoats we have added value across the board. Graphic design to bring consistency to all departments, a mobile responsive website, social media campaigns, and SEO to increase rankings in the search results.
The Results
Key results would be bringing design consistency and improving rankings, and in turn YoY traffic to the website. In 2 years sessions increased by 47%, with organic sessions increased by 42%.
