Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Remote or hybrid (Horsham, West Sussex)

Salary: £30K-35K DOE

About the Role

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is a hands-on role focused on supporting the growth and online visibility of a diverse client portfolio. You will work across paid search, SEO, content, and digital marketing campaigns, helping clients improve visibility, generate leads, and grow their online presence. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in digital marketing who is looking to continue developing their skills across multiple channels within a supportive agency environment. You will support campaign delivery, contribute ideas, analyse performance data, and help deliver strong results for clients. We are looking for someone proactive, organised, eager to learn, and interested in how AI tools can improve marketing workflows, creativity, and efficiency.

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, management, and optimisation of Google Search Ads campaigns, while supporting the PPC Manager on other campaign types where needed, including Shopping, Performance Max, and Display campaigns
  • Assist with Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page recommendations, content optimisation, and performance monitoring
  • Write and refine marketing copy for ads, websites, landing pages, blogs, and social media content
  • Contribute ideas for campaign creatives, messaging, and content improvements
  • Monitor campaign and website performance, tracking KPIs such as traffic, conversions, CTR, CPC, and engagement
  • Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards and reports to communicate performance clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with conversion tracking setup and maintenance using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel
  • Support account management activities through clear communication, reporting, and client updates
  • Stay up to date with trends across SEO, paid media, AI tools, and digital marketing platforms
  • Support the wider marketing team across digital projects and campaigns as needed
